5 stars to Sean, Ben and Perry....OK, if you do read below, I can now say after talking to Matt Ops Manager all has now been resolved. Now I know they have made changes I will certainly recommend them ? Now time to enjoy my Hot Tub (Tubby) :) i really dont know were to start as the whole process has been very stressful.When visiting Shaun at the Mansfield shop i was very happy to deal with you as a company due to your knowledge and warmth to which i could not fault.Then came the email from support telling us we would be contacted within 48 hrs. (to which did not happen)I then rang (after 48 hrs) to be told that the lady I need to talk to was busy (Donna) ad she would call back.Next day I called again, as i did not get the return call! to be told that the email I got should not have been sent out as they don't call within 48 hrs.... until they have a delivery date !! to which i was told would be third week in September.I stressed, that i was concerned regarding the crane as i live in a terraced street, and my house is very long. i was told to send pictures in so immediately did that.3rd week arrived, still no contact so called again, to be told she was busy and apologised (several phone calls later)she asked again for pictures which had already been sent. It felt that every time we spoke and discussed things the next time I called !!! she forgot the conversation to which i had to explain all again !!!Called again, to be told the delivery would be Wed(26.09.18),Thurs or Friday, i went for TODAY.(26.09.18) .(as we are off on holiday Sunday, so thought it would be nice to have it installed before we went) ..Being told that the crane company she called had already been to my property to do site survey I already told Donna I had a independent company as i wanted to now if it was feasible. It was but, meant i had to close the street costing 1000 and a further 550 for the crane.. she told me that she contacted another crane company as this was to expensive. SHE called me !!!! to say its all sorted and booked for 9.30 this morning. i was still concerned that the crane company still had not contacted me so i called again. She told me that all is OK and not to worry !!!!! ya right.....As they got back to her to day they did a google map and all is fine..Ben & Perry called to say they were 15mins away at 09.03.. 10 mins later my spa was at my door.....10ish Ben called the crane company to which they said NO BOOKING WAS MADE......Ben called office again to be told that she will call back at 12.12.53 I'M STILL WAITING........THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A VERY EXCITING DAY, after taking the morning off work cause i was told it would take 4hrs to intall..... 4 hrs later i still have my spa on the back of the van ...... no fault of Ben or Perry.Now i need to book the whole day off cause i really don't now this is going to happen at all.Shaun is also aware of my anger, to which he's is now trying to help.Need i go on !!! this is a disaster and still no CRANE !!!! CRANE ARRIVED 14.00HRSFurther to today's nightmare, i can advise that i personally have spoken to the MD of the crane company and he advised me that there was defiantly a misunderstanding (yet again from your office) because there where two jobs on today and only received one order from yourselves which was NOT my address.....The driver from the crane company said he didn't finish the last job or even expected to finish the job to at least 13.30 so how on earth was i supposed to get a call at 12.00 !The boys finally left at 17.50 with no starter pack as not n stock to no fault of theirs. So now i need to order another set of filters, cover stand and starter pack to which i was told they would all be in stock..its doesnt end here !!!!! another phone call tomorrow then!!!!"
After having a rather bad experience with staff, i was contacted by the owner of style spas. He was very apologetic and things really started to move forward in a meaningful way. Not only did he fix the problems i was having but went so far as to pay to upgrade my power supply too so that i could run both heater and pump in the winter.the ONLY reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is for the initial problems with staff.At this point i would recommend this company and advise anyone who has a problem to ask to speak with the owner directly as he seems to have his ducks in a row as far as customer service goes. Big thumbs up to Ian on his handling of a bad situation
Ordered my new hot tub today from Sean, he gave me fantastic customer service a real personal touch, definitely recommend him and the company.
Researched a lot of Hot Tub specialists and finally chose Style Spa's. After the installation, I would definitely recommend the company, as the service and professionalism was first class throughout.
