This is probably the worst pharmacy in Mansfield. For the following reasons.The staff are completely unconcerned whether they do their job correctly or not.Staff members talk openly about customers once the customer has left the premises.Staff make no effort at all to resolve prescription delays, collection errors, or re-ordering problems. They let you find out that there is a problem when you try to collect the prescription. You are then met with an unconcerned attitude from a member of staff. Once I had the misfortune to hear a member of staff openly discussing her personal sex life, quite openly and frankly, in front of customers waiting to collect prescriptions. Absolute disgusting behaviour and should not be tolerated. Problems with prescriptions are not dealt with, by verbal communication. They are made aware to you by the staff being unkind, rude and giving you filthy looks in the hope that you will be offended enough not to return. Save yourself from a lot of misery, dont bother visiting this cave of bad attitude.
