Maxwells is now under a new name and management since January 2018 and has had a total turn around. Any cancellations of contract are dealt with empatheticly and within reason. Totally different vibes at this fitness Center now, also a new studio is built in the back complete with spin bikes for those sweaty spin sessions! Great atmosphere, friendly & members couldnt help each other out more! Its a breath of fresh air to work in and own. Nikki & Danny
Gym is cheap. I was in hospital missed a payment. Called them terrible customer care. Charged me 63 for missed payment in March and another 63 April. All your customers can easily make that mistake, but to charge your customers 63 a month is absolute robbery. They stopped the banks charging there customers a few years ago. They were charging 30. Maxwells gym bigger crooks than the banks. I will be looking in to how they can get away with it. Wouldn't recommend joining this gym.
