Terrible from start to end. Hope you dont get the salesman carl or nigel. Was sold with major faults.The guy carl was very abusive to my parent.Got aggressive while talking. If i could give no stars it would be more appropriate. You had my car fixed , what was sold with a faulty steering rack costing me a week pay and no car.CARL ALL MOUTHY VIA PHONE, UNHELPFUL AND AGRESSIVE THATS CARL! AND SURPRISED HE SELLS ANY CARS.I GOT A FULL REFUND OFF THE OMBUDSMAN SO STUFF YOU OAKWOOD
I bought my Honda Civic type R from here and it was quite a nice experience. They aren't pushy sales men they leave you alone to look around. Through the whole sales process they were kind and really good with my 5yr old keeping him entertained. When I left with the car I took it to the petrol station but the car wouldn't restart again because the battery died, so I called them and they came straight out, and sorted me with a brand new battery free of charge. The only negative was they'd misplaced the service book but apart from that a good car purchasing experience! :) recommended.
